Your item has been carefully made to order and while refunds are not accepted, we will gladly exchange for a different size (unless items are completely sold out). Our policy lasts 14 days after items have been shipped. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Face masks are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only if size exchange is unavailable, then you will be eligible for a refund. Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email notifying that the product has been received. We will then inspect the returned item to ensure it is in the original condition with the original packaging. Once we have completed the inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items may be returned as per same terms as regular priced items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For purchases over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost returns.
